Permacon is a division of Oldcastle® Architectural.Job SummaryThe Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring excellence in his sector in terms of leadership, employees coaching and development, occupational health and safety, productivity, product quality, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance program as well as the cleanliness and tidying of the areas.Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise the hourly employeesMaster and apply the collective agreementParticipate in OHS and maintenance activitiesIssue work permitsLead daily and weekly meetingsAccount for hours worked and manage employee schedulesEnsure compliance with discipline and OHS standards in the plantProvide training to employeesEnsure product quality by carrying out routine inspectionsConduct weekly, monthly and annual OHS inspectionsParticipate in inventory countCommunicate with suppliers when requiredProduce incident reportsOptimize key performance indicatorParticipate in the continuous improvement of operationsManage emergency situations (machine breakdown, need for labor,
