Job TitleERP Key User – S2P (12‑month contract)Location & ScheduleOnsite – 25 Wolseley Court, Cambridge, ONSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pmResponsibilitiesRepresent end‑users on the S2P project scope.Assess and verify that the ERP solution properly addresses target business processes defined by Business Process Owners (BPOs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).Facilitate ERP knowledge acquisition and solution adoption by end‑users.Co‑build use cases, develop detailed design scenarios, identify test data with BPO/SMEs, and execute test scripts (including in‑process ERP reporting).Provide feedback on IT solutions (user interface, user experience).Participate in SOP adjustments, IT validation activities (risk assessment, test script writing and execution), and data migration effort.Create and maintain user manuals, training materials, and training sessions for end‑users (including current hires).Provide Level‑1 support and, when needed, create Level‑2 support tickets and provide input for Level‑2 support.Express change requests and submit tickets for change management activities.QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma.Experience: Minimum 2 years in a purchasing or procurement role within a manufacturing environment.Previous experience with SAP S/4 HANA (especially MM module)
