- Execute maintenance plans with the FMO Account Manager
- Coordinate work with subcontractors effectively




- Conduct basic tours and record facility readings
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns
- Carry out light-duty tasks including HVAC and plumbing work Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in building operations
- Familiarity with BAS and troubleshooting mechanical systems
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
