This Analyst role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys working with diverse stakeholders, from lenders and consultants to legal and operational teams. Manage and maintain complex financial models to support project and corporate decision-making.

Coordinate due diligence efforts, including reviewing material project contracts, economic terms, consultant reports, and other deliverables. Oversee loan administration for both corporate and project-level debt facilities, including agreement reviews, tracking obligations, and preparing reporting packages.

Handle

Letters of Credit from issuance to cancellation, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation. Create, populate, and maintain secure data rooms, managing access and related communications. Liaise with financial institutions to maintain, open, or close company bank accounts as needed.

Uphold the organization’s values, policies, and health, safety, and environmental standards.



Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (asset but not required). Proven experience building and maintaining financial models.

Advanced Microsoft

Excel proficiency and strong data analysis capabilities. Solid understanding of financial and banking processes. Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop solutions.
