Company Description High Sociétéa is Canada’s first luxury afternoon tea experience hosted aboard a panoramic glass-roof double-decker bus. The experience combines premium teas, refined food service, and live entertainment with continuous views of Toronto’s most recognizable landmarks. By blending hospitality, culinary artistry, and sightseeing, High Sociétéa offers guests an elevated and immersive way to enjoy traditional afternoon tea.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Food Server role based in Toronto, ON.

The Food

Server is responsible for providing attentive, courteous service to guests, including greeting and seating guests, and serving food and beverages throughout the afternoon tea service. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and breaking down service areas on the bus, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and coordinating with entertainment teams to ensure seamless service.

Server will handle payments, respond to guest inquiries,



and help resolve any service issues promptly and professionally. This role requires working in a moving, dynamic workplace while maintaining a luxury guest experience at all times. As this will be on a moving vehicle, must be stable on the feet.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Smart serve and Food Handlers Certificate is a must.
- Experience in food & beverage or food service, preferably in a restaurant, café, or similar setting.
- Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Basic cooking or food preparation knowledge is an asset for supporting the culinary team.
- Ability to work on a moving vehicle, stand for extended periods, and carry trays and supplies safely.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and handling practices is preferred.
- Previous experience in luxury or high-end hospitality environments is an advantage.
