Requirements

Design Execution

- Strong production design skills (layout, typesetting, packaging structure) across print and digital
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma
- Photo/image editing (crop, resize, colour correction, retouching) and video edit support

Packaging & Product
- Packaging design from concept through final artwork handoff
- Comfort working within regulatory and structural packaging constraints
- Experience with GWP, merch, branded props, and product mock-ups

Print Production & Vendor Management
- Coordination and execution of in-house printing for branded props and collateral
- Management of external print vendor relationships (quoting, proofing,



timelines, quality control)
- Working knowledge of print specs (paper stock, finishes, colour matching, file prep/prepress)

Retail & Environmental Design
- POS, signage and in-store collateral design (shelf talkers, tabletop signage, placemats)
- Ability to adapt brand assets across wide-ranging physical formats

Digital & E-comm
- PDP, banner, icon and infographic design at e-comm scale
- Familiarity with AI image/render tools for product visualization
- Understanding of platform-specific sizing/dimension requirements

Organizational

- Asset management (Google Drive, Brand Shop upkeep)
- Ability to work across multiple concurrent workstreams with channel-owner approvals
- Strong attention to brand consistency and file/version hygiene
