At Club38 Fitness , we are committed to creating a welcoming, supportive, and motivating environment for our members. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Front Desk Associate to join our team and help deliver an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities

- Welcome members and guests with a positive and professional attitude.
- Check members into the facility and assist with account inquiries.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general membership questions.
- Conduct tours of the gym for prospective members.
- Promote and sell memberships and gym services.
- Build relationships with members and provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
- Assist with laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and stocking towels and supplies.
- Help set up, clean, and reset studios and equipment between classes.
- Support day-to-day front desk operations.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills.




- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work independently as well as being a team player.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or fitness is preferred but not required.

Requirements

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to perform cleaning and housekeeping duties.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
