In this permanent full-time role, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to lead the interRAI Program across Long-Term Care homes. Under the guidance of the Director of Long-Term Care Operations, you will manage and evaluate the program's impact on resident-centered care while complying with regulatory standards and strategic goals. Your expertise in RAI/MDS will be crucial to enhance Case Mix Index (CMI) results and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee interRAI project data accuracy across homes
• Develop and implement staff education for best practices




• Ensure compliance with government legislation and company policies
• Evaluate program performance and implement improvements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care
Requirements:
• Current Registered Practical Nurse license
• Certification in Gerontology and RAI/MDS training
• 3 years' experience in long-term care or geriatrics
• Robust leadership and communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel
