You'll be responsible for monitoring their condition, documenting pertinent information, and maintaining compliance with safety protocols. Working collaboratively with a supportive team, you will also have opportunities for further training and education.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in observing residents and reporting on their care
Document essential care information as required




Participate in staff meetings and educational opportunities
Support the onboarding of new team members
Follow all Infection Prevention and Control policiesRequirements:
Must possess a Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma
Knowledge in administering easy treatments and bedside care
