Join to apply for the Staff Accountant role at Freedom CNG . We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our growing team. Track capital projects and fixed asset additions; Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.

Contribute to month-end and year-end close processes by preparing detailed schedules and financial reports, performing in-depth financial statement analysis and reconciling differences. Prepare supporting documentation and schedules and respond to auditor requests during audits. Assist in the filing of all required business returns and reporting (Tax, WC, Health).

Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed. Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Support Accounts

Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and process improvements. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. ~ CPA candidate or certification is a plus. ~5+ years of accounting experience.
