Key Responsibilities:



• Print and distribute Season Passes per guest purchases • Approve Season Pass photos ensuring adherence to standards • Verify the status of Season Pass barcodes accurately • Process bulk mailings for Season Passes to guests • Communicate progress updates to the Guest Services Manager

Requirements: • Proven customer service experience, preferably in an office • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems • Strong attention to detail with a record of high-quality work • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform computer-based tasks
