The Opportunity
CBRE Vancouver is actively seeking a versatile, proactive, and agile individual to produce best-in-class marketing materials and valuable marketing assistance to a brokerage team specializing in office properties while also being able to assist in the administrative requirements of the deal process.The qualified candidate must demonstrate a strong foundation in graphic design, possess a keen understanding of marketing practices encompassing hard copy materials, branding, social media, and advertising, have a great attitude and team spirit, along with a strong work ethic. Advanced expertise in InDesign is a prerequisite, while familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, and additional video editing software is considered advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing materials in InDesign for property listings, including more complex projects, following the project through from creation to execution, developing the branding for property marketing flyers/brochures, client presentations and proposals and other related materials.
- Develop and implement engaging content and captivating designs across various marketing platforms, including email campaigns, social media channels, and digital advertising materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of all marketing collateral, manage campaign schedules, and implement effective campaign tracking mechanisms.
- Maintain marketing schedules for multiple projects running concurrently and ensuring that all marketing deliverables are completed on time and on budget.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other communication materials for customized, client-specific property information packages.
- Manage deal documentation and oversee the tracking of occupier and listing transactions, including but not limited to:
listing agreements; commission agreements; assist with offer writing process; track critical dates; prepare waiver or extension documents. Ensure correct filing of all documentation.
- Prepare client correspondence, including market reports and stats, peer group surveys, comparable transaction data; client presentations; and board packages.
- Prepare monthly marketing status reports for clients.
- Utilize targeted approaches to assess and refine digital marketing campaigns for optimal results.\Handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer service.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience providing marketing support, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with web design and/or web publishing is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic project management skills.
- Strong editing and writing skills.
- Ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities.

The salary being offered for this position is $68,000-$75,000 annually.
