Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee community-based programs
Recruit and manage Community Inclusion employees
Support staff training and development initiatives




Regularly update and implement Personal Service Plans
Coordinate crisis response and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:
Diploma in a relevant field
At least three years in Community Inclusion or two years of managerial experience
Excellent written and interpersonal skills
Robust computer skills, especially in Microsoft applications
First Aid and CPR Level C certification
