Our Calgary based client is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Functional Lead to join their project immediately and will run for 1 year, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations from design through cutover and hypercare across complex, matrixed clients.

This will be a fully work from home setting with expected travel to site at least 1 week a month.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors EC projects, covering design, configuration, data migration, and system integration.
Expert governance of SAP Activate delivery methodology, ensuring quality checkpoints from Prepare through Run.
Strategic management of legacy-to-EC data conversion, including migration tooling, reconciliation, and parallel testing cycles.




Delivery of EC reporting via People Analytics/Story Reports to meet compliance and operational metrics.
Technical oversight of integrations across payroll (ECP) and third-party systems via CPI.
Relationship management with executive clients and HR stakeholders, bridging onshore/offshore teams.
Functional mentorship and rigorous project control via risk/issue management and change governance.
Specialized knowledge of Canadian public sector HR, including union classifications and pay equity regulations.
Experience with Canadian public sector and municipal organizations is highly preferred.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
