Key Responsibilities:
Process policy changes and communicate with Advisors
Manage facultative applications and reinsurance replies

Handle incoming calls and general inquiries

Requirements:
3 years in insurance or reinsurance administration
Relevant post-secondary diploma and recommended designations
Pursuing LOMA (FLMI) designation
Medical Terminology knowledge required
High proficiency in office software tools
