Your bilingual skills in English and French are essential for effective communication with hiring managers and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to understand staffing requirements
Screen candidates and conduct initial phone interviews
Organize interviews, both virtually and in-person




Use sourcing methods like career fairs and social media
Manage candidate data and recruitment activities in Workday

Requirements:
2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Bilingual proficiency in English and French
Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel
Ability to manage competing priorities
4-year College Degree (B.A.) preferred
