Clio is looking for a Senior Privacy Analyst to elevate its compliance efforts from Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto, or remote locations across Canada. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to international privacy standards.
As a leader in privacy management, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Clio’s privacy program. Your responsibilities include fostering collaboration across teams to implement GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and PIPEDA compliance. A proactive approach will ensure that policies are not only developed but operationalized effectively across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: - Maintain company's privacy policies and framework - Monitor and ensure compliance with privacy regulations - Track and report privacy program performance metrics - Facilitate DPIAs and PIA assessments for current offerings - Create privacy education and training sessions for staff
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline - 5+ years in privacy program management - Deep knowledge of global privacy laws - Robust project and communication skills - Experience in SaaS or tech settings
