Job Description – UX/UI Senior/Lead - AI Assisted

Overview
We are looking for a UX/UI Senior/Lead - AI Assisted to drive the design strategy and execution of digital products.

This role combines hands-on design work with team leadership, ensuring high-quality user experiences aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers.
Define and drive UX/UI strategy, standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
Oversee the end-to-end design process (research, wireframes, prototypes, UI).
Ensure consistency through design systems and guidelines.
Advocate for user-centered design and usability improvements.
Review and provide feedback on design deliverables.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a UX/UI Senior Designer with AI tools (Claude Design,



Figma AI, etc).
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI design skills.
Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
Solid understanding of user research, usability, and interaction design.
Experience leading UI/UX projects and/or mentoring design teams.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, including face-to-face direct communication with clients.

Nice to Have
Experience working in agile settings.
Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML/CSS/JS).
Experience with design systems at scale.
