Our client is looking for an accomplished Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join their team in Calgary, Alberta.

This role supports the successful delivery of projects by coordinating scope, schedules, budgets, resources, stakeholders, and project activities from initiation through completion.

The ideal candidate has solid organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
Lead projects from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and close-out.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and changes.
Coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Manage procurement and contract administration with Supply Management.
Monitor construction progress, quality, costs, and deliverables.
Provide project reporting, meetings, documentation, and issue escalation.
Coordinate project close-out, deficiencies, turnover, and transition to operations.
