In this pivotal role, you will report to the Senior Manager, HRIS, and utilize your expertise in Workday Payroll with a minimum of five years of hands-on configuration. You'll be a significant player in process improvement initiatives, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver effective HRIS solutions that meet evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and optimize Workday Payroll and Absence modules
Review processes with stakeholders and implement changes
Conduct impact assessments on any system changes
Identify automation opportunities for operational efficiency
Handle escalated tickets and analyze configuration issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
5+ years of Workday configuration experience
Experience with unionized working settings
