We are looking for a skilled and motivated Hairstylist to join our salon.

✅ Hairstyling & cutting skills

✅ Colouring, highlights & balayage experience is an asset

Responsibilities

- Provide qualified hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles tailored to each client's preferences.
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs, offering expert advice, and ensuring a satisfying salon experience.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and hair care treatments to enhance client results and increase sales.
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients warmly, and handling payments efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with clients about hair care routines, product recommendations,



and ongoing maintenance to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through continuous learning.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients.
- Expertise in hair styling techniques for various hair types and textures.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining genuine client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills for effective consultation and team collaboration.
- Experience in retail sales within a salon setting is a plus.
- Organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently at the front desk.

Pay: $17.60-$44.02 per hour
