In this critical leadership role, you will define and implement a national strategy focused on strengthening ties with Indigenous Nations. Collaborate with diverse teams across business development and operations to ensure Indigenous engagement is a consistent priority from planning through execution. Your efforts will cultivate trust and mutual perks, enhancing EBC's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:



- Establish long-term relationships with Indigenous stakeholders - Develop frameworks for community engagement and consultation - Collaborate with teams on Indigenous matter integration - Advise on strategic Indigenous engagement issues - Champion reconciliation principles within the company
Requirements: - Relevant Bachelor’s degree required - 10+ years in government or community relations - Proven experience with Indigenous partnership building - Robust understanding of regulatory frameworks - Ability to travel across Canada
