Support and provide information for drivers' trips
Complete and manage Trip Sheets and live updates
Proactively monitor and resolve delivery delays

Requirements:
High school diploma required
At least 2 years of experience in dispatching
Robust verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Flexibility for overtime and a dynamic work schedule
