Key Responsibilities:
Assist and transport passengers with wheelchair needs
Carry, lift,



and push luggage for passengers
Safely assist passengers up/down aircraft stairs
Escort VIP passengers and unaccompanied minors
Read and verify travel paperwork for accuracy

Requirements:
HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Complete Passenger Service Agent Learning Plan
TSA - General Security Awareness certified
FAA - Dangerous Goods Awareness certified
Pass required OJT for Passenger Assistance Equipment
