Program Overview Johnson & Johnson is inviting high‑potential MBA and master’s students to participate in the 2026 International Recruitment and Development Internship Program (IRDP). The program is designed to develop interns into future leaders, providing them with significant business projects, executive exposure, and structured development opportunities across the company.

Responsibilities - Lead significant business projects with real‑life implications.

- Present analysis and results to senior leaders.
- Act as an integral member of a cross‑functional team.
- Engage in community‑building activities with fellow interns and complete structured development goals. Eligibility & Requirements - First year of a full‑time MBA or master’s degree program; graduating after September2026.
- Available full‑time for at least8–12weeks between June and September2026.




- Fluent in English and the language of the country where the internship assignment is located.
- Legally authorized to work permanently (without time limitations, restrictions, or need for sponsorship) in the country of the assignment.
- Have three years or more of relevant skilled experience prior to enrolling in a full‑time master’s level program.
- Proven leadership capabilities and ability to develop solutions using data‑driven insights.
