Advanced Flow Systems is seeking an experienced Robotic Welder Operator for our team. In this role, you will troubleshoot, set up, and program robotic welding equipment, while monitoring weld quality and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Your strong technical skills will enable you to work collaboratively with both production and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities: • Operate and program robotic welding equipment • Troubleshoot performance and quality issues • Optimize processes for better efficiency • Maintain quality monitoring on production outputs • Support recent product trials and improvements
Requirements: • At least 2 years of programming and operating robotic welders • In-depth knowledge of weld quality standards • Experience with MIG and TIG welding processes • Ability to interpret technical drawings • Familiar with IGM robotic welding systems
