As we prepare to launch Dakota Dunes Thermal Spa, we are looking for a proactive Guest Services Supervisor. This position is essential for leading the Guest Services team, managing daily operations, and ensuring all guests receive unparalleled service throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily briefings and assign front-desk duties
Monitor reservations and manage guest inquiries
Provide support for booking complexities and payment issues




Ensure compliance with service standards and procedures
Facilitate training and onboarding for recent team members

Requirements:
Certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, or related area preferred
2 years of leadership experience in hospitality settings
