Responsibilities

:

• Schedule maintenance for all equipment on site.

• Implement preventative maintenance program and maintain records.

• Identify and record any problems relating to the process and quality system.

• Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.

• Verify the implementation of solutions.

• Control further processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming product until the deficiency of unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.

• Follow-up, respond, resolve or refer employees to appropriate personnel for concern resolution/inquiries.

• Prepare reports, maintain records, communicate all required information to appropriate parties as required or applicable (Reports include Time Sheets, Daily Attendance Sheets, Overtime Records, Monthly Employee History).





• Provide continuous guidance to Apprentices and sign-off Apprenticeship Training Standards as assigned.

• Required to train employees on policies, procedures & job specific work instructions applicable to work area.

• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications:

• Recognized Certificate of Qualification as Electrician, or equivalent trade experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive organizational skills and scheduling abilities.

• Ability to meet deadlines and attain objectives with a minimum of supervision.
