Well Fort is seeking a dedicated Certified Dental Assistant to be part of the Health n’ Smiles team, focusing on underserved families in the Region of Peel. The position requires Level II certification with at least three years of experience in a large dental clinic.
You will prepare operatories, teach oral hygiene, and maintain supplies, all while adhering to infection control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare operatories and equipment daily
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
Assist hygienist and dentist with chairside duties
Maintain dental supplies according to clinic standards
Adhere to infection control and universal precautions
Requirements:
Certified Level II with ODAA
Minimum three years in large dental clinics
At least one year in community dental settings
Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
