By joining our team, you will be part of a group of knowledgeable and helpful colleagues and play a pivotal role enabling Teltonika to grow our presence in Americas market, through implementing and developing financial controls, monitoring and reporting functions. This position will directly report to the Head of Office Finance at HQ. In this role, you will: Partner with HQ and regional CEOs :



provide ad-hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and decision support to drive transparency and accountability. Support with audit and statutory reporting : work closely with our regional teams to coordinate preparation of annual financial statements, build audit support packages, coordinate with external auditors, and close audits on time. Support with monthly reporting and insights : review and provide P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting with variance analysis vs budget and explicit explanations to HQ and regional CEOs.
