benefits and warranty policy information to customers.* Executing the store’s business plan as per company guidelines.* Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude.* Work effectively as part of the team.* Adhering to company policies and procedures.* Support the sales team through up selling, service, pricing, delivery and inventory inquiries* Maintain a well-rounded knowledge of products and supplies* Other related duties including but not limited to supporting the warehouse functions as required### Requirements* Automotive Parts experience in the automotive aftermarket parts industry (min 1 year)* Experience delivering a high level of customer service and sales results* Experience with automotive repairs is an asset* Proficient knowledge of automotive operating systems and repairs* An appetite for continuous learning and knowledge* Excellent verbal, written and effective listening skills* Experience working under pressure and setting priorities* Computer experience* Ability to work flexible hours, including alternating Saturdays up to a maximum of 44 hours per week* Must have over the phone experience dealing with a high volume of customer orders* Actively recruiting for an existing vacancy.* Preferred Qualification: First Aid and CPR CertificationJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour### Advantages* Casual dress* Dental care* Extended health care* Life insurance### Experience* automotive parts: 1 year (required)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
