Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement application enhancements and modernization initiatives.
- Deliver technology upgrades, system integrations, and cloud-based solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Enhance data integration, transformation, reconciliation, and reporting solutions for Findur and its upstream and downstream systems.
- Investigate technical issues, complete root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Apply and promote development best practices, including test-driven development and DevOps.
- Provide second-line application support and resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain and improve existing automation and modernization frameworks supporting Findur.
- Design and support performance testing activities, identify application bottlenecks, and implement improvements.

Qualifications

- 3+ years’ experience working with enterprise financial trading, treasury, risk management, or capital markets applications.
- 5+ years of Java application development experience using Eclipse IDE.
- 3+ years’ experience with relational databases and SQL, preferably Oracle.
- Experience implementing application enhancements, integrations, configurations, or technology upgrades.
- Experience supporting applications with critical availability, reliability, security, and operational requirements.
- Experience developing, configuring, customizing, integrating, and supporting Java applications in a complex enterprise environment.
- Experience with enterprise financial trading or risk management platforms, preferably ION/OpenLink Findur or Endur.




- Experience designing and implementing secure, scalable cloud solutions, including application integration, security controls, and governance requirements.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and applying DevOps practices.
- Eligibility to obtain Secret security clearance.
