Forget Smith Barristers/Advocates is seeking an experienced and motivated Law Clerk to join our growing Insurance Defence Litigation team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative and skilled environment where initiative, attention to detail, and exceptional client service are highly valued. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting lawyers on a variety of Accident Benefits and Tort matters, assisting with document preparation, file management, litigation support, and hearing, mediation, and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate will possess a Law Clerk Diploma and a minimum of two years' experience in insurance defence or personal injury litigation. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a thorough understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and License Appeal Tribunal processes are essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment,



and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced legal environment.
