Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Edmonton, AB, responsible for overseeing mechanical projects from initiation through completion. The role includes planning project scope and timelines, coordinating resources, and managing budgets and schedules. The Project Manager will lead communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams, track progress, and address issues to keep projects on target. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring site activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, reviewing documentation and reports, and supporting expediting and logistics to meet project milestones. The role also involves risk management, cost control,



and continuous process improvement to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify work quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize transportation, storage, and distribution of project resources.
- Relevant experience in mechanical, industrial, or construction projects is beneficial.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to work on-site in Edmonton, AB, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A post-secondary education in engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is an asset.
- Knowledge of project management software and familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards are advantageous.
