We specialize in custom homes, large-scale renovations, and small-scale multi-family developments. Our team values craftsmanship, organization, and professionalism, delivering high-quality builds that balance design, function, and budget.We are seeking anExperienced Carpenterto join our growing team—someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with others, and understands the importance of both efficiency and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformframing, finishing, and general carpentryon residential and light commercial projects.Read and interpretblueprints, drawings, and specificationsto determine layout and installation requirements.Measure, cut, assemble, and install building materials such as wood, steel, and engineered products.Collaborate closely with site supervisors, apprentices, and subtrades to maintain workflow and quality.Ensure work is performed in accordance withBC Building Code, safety regulations, and project timelines.Assist insite layout, demolition, installation of windows/doors, siding, decks,
