Role Description The Logistics Administrator is a full-time hybrid role based in Mississauga, ON, with some flexibility for work from home. This role is responsible for coordinating daily cold chain transportation schedules, monitoring shipment status, and ensuring accurate documentation for inbound and outbound loads.

Administrator will manage warehouse order processing, support distribution planning, and maintain temperature monitoring records in line with company standards. The role involves communicating with carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues, optimize delivery routes,



and ensure on-time performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess Export-related skills to assist with documentation and compliance for cross-border shipments.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with logistics software, spreadsheets, and data entry tools, along with solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Relevant experience in cold chain, transportation, or warehousing operations is an asset, and a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
