About the role Reporting to the Superintendent or Senior Lead, Maintenance,this roleis responsible forcoordinating maintenance activities across key mining and processing assets while supporting the end-to-end maintenance lifecycle within SAP S/4HANA. Working closelywith maintenance trades, planners, supervisors, and operations personnel, the incumbent ensures the accuracy of work requests, effective coordination of resources,
and the integrity of maintenance records. To be successful,we are looking for someone withstrong communication skills, solid technical understanding of mining equipment and operations, proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (such as SAP), exceptional organizational ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to perform effectively in rapid paced environments while managing competing priorities. Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution is essential. This is a temporary position with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on business needs and individual performance. This position follows a 4x4 rotating day shift schedule.
