Reporting to the controller, you will be responsible for the complete accounting of the company and related companies. Maintain accounts in the accounting software; Perform account reconciliations and bank reconciliations; Manage accounts payable (entry, payments); Manage accounts receivable (billing, collections); Enter accounting entries and adjustments; Process construction payrolls; Prepare month-end and year-end documents; Handle intercompany billing; Manage supplier account openings and reconcile Visa cards; Perform any other related administrative tasks. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
DEC,
DEP or AEC in accounting or related field; Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the construction sector; Minimum 3 years of construction payroll experience; Proficiency in French and good knowledge of English (oral and written); Valuable knowledge of MS Office Suite; Experience with accounting software (Acomba or Sage 50, an asset).
