WeConnect offers support groups for those aged 16 and older. As a facilitator, you will engage participants experiencing depression and anxiety, bettering their mental health journeys. Each facilitator undergoes essential and extensive training to effectively deliver support and encouragement. This role is available in both virtual and in-person formats.

Key Responsibilities: • Co-facilitate group sessions for mental health support • Assist participants in developing coping mechanisms • Foster a safe and welcoming community environment • Attend trainings to build facilitation skills • Submit to background checks prior to starting

Requirements: • Must be 18 years or older • Completion of background or police checks required • Solid foundation in mental health and counseling • Able to commit to extensive training • Experience in group facilitation preferred
