We are looking for people who are positive, trustworthy team players.The Chances Grill PR is located in the Chances Prince Rupert Casino. This means our servers need to be comfortable in loud, casino environments. The ideal candidates will be able to work in the midst of loud noise, dim lighting, and flashing lights. They will also thrive in the centre of the crowd, ensuring all guests have a fun, memorable experience that keeps them coming back for more. As such, we're looking for people who already have 6 months to 1 year of experience in the Food Services or Hospitality industry.The ability to multi‑task is key, as is having excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to perform well under pressure. Successful candidates will need to be available to work on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. They should also be able to lift and carry trays filled with food and dishes as well as stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel regularly.The part‑time server position has 20‑30 hours of work per week available, perfect for people who need flexibility in their schedule, like students. Full‑time positions have 40 hours per week available for anyone looking for more hours. In all cases, servers must be available on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
