New Home Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and qualified Sales Associate to join our high-performing sales team.

Position Summary

As a Sales Associate for WestCreek Homes, the Sales Associate role is designed as support to the Area Sales Manager while developing the skills required to manage the homebuying process from initial engagement through to purchase. You are responsible for providing information to clients regarding our communities and homes, as well as sales administration and facilitating the overall customer experience. Supporting and collaborating with the team throughout the entire customer journey, qualifying leads, conducting discovery meetings, and maintaining strong CRM performance.

This role focuses on learning the full sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience within the show home environment. You will play a key role in sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Professionally represent WestCreek Homes within the show home environment
- Support the Area Sales Manager in daily sales operations




- Build and maintain relationships to identify lead opportunities and set appointments.
- Assist in conducting needs-based discovery conversations
- Learn to present home models, features, options, and community benefits
- Support clients through the home-buying process
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely customer records using CRM tools
- Support the Senior Sales Associate with sales documents, administrative tasks, and customer communication.
- Assist with follow-up activities to nurture leads and support conversions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain show home cleanliness, presentation, and merchandising standards

Qualifications & Attributes

- Post-secondary education preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field)
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional presentation and polished demeanour
- Sales-driven mindset with a strong willingness to learn and be coached
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
- Ability to build rapport and develop long-term client relationships

Location

This role is primarily located in South Calgary but may be based at any of our sales locations within Calgary and the surrounding areas.
