Position Description The OpenText Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Lead will provide technical leadership, solution design, operational support, and strategic guidance for OpenText Content Server and related applications. The role is responsible for ensuring platform stability, managing incidents and enhancements, leading technical resources, collaborating with business stakeholders, and delivering enterprise content management solutions aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

Your future duties and responsibilities

- Lead the support, maintenance, enhancement, and deployment of OpenText Content Server and related ECM applications.
- Manage incidents, problems, and service requests while driving root cause analysis and continuous platform improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work, and communicate solution roadmaps and application status.
- Analyze business processes and requirements, develop functional specifications, and recommend best-practice OpenText solutions.
- Support end-to-end solution delivery including design, configuration, testing, implementation, and production deployment.
- Provide technical guidance, user training, and operational reporting to improve system performance, user experience, and platform stability.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role





- Minimum 8+ years of experience with OpenText technologies including Content Server, Extended ECM (xECM), Archive Center, OTDS, Object Importer, and Records Management.
- Solid experience in enterprise content management solution design, implementation, administration, and support.
- Proven expertise in incident management, problem management, change management, and application support in enterprise environments.
- Experience gathering business requirements, preparing functional documentation, and translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; OpenText certifications are considered an asset.
