Reports To:Senior Manager, Financial Reporting & TaxationKey ResponsibilitiesRecord month‑end adjusting entries and capital entries for investment funds and development propertiesMonitor cash flow activities and prepare investor distributions and other paymentsAssist with coding of invoices to the correct fund and general ledger accountsAssist with the preparation of financial statements for both internal and external usersPrepare year‑end audit and tax working paper files within scheduled deadlinesPrepare month‑end reporting for external partiesLiaise with management and third‑party financial information providersComplete ad‑hoc projects for internal and external reporting purposesAssist with other department functions as requiredQualificationsUndergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related fieldThree to four years of experience in accounting or financial reportingInvestment company and real estate experience is an assetExcellent analytical, problem‑solving,
