We are currently seeking afull-time Production Coordinatorto support the daily workflow of our commercial print facility.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with day-to-day production scheduling and workflow coordination, supporting the Production ManagerIdentify potential delays, missing information, or production issues and help escalates them appropriatelyTrack jobs through production to ensure deadlines are metWork with customer service, prepress, press, bindery, and shipping staff to keep jobs moving efficientlyCoordinate materials, job tickets, proofs, approvals, and production informationSpend regular time on the production floor to monitor job progress and assist with coordination between departmentsAssist with production tasks or order completion when needed to meet deadlinesSupport quality control by conducting spot checks to ensure work matches job specifications and customer expectationsMaintain organized production records and job documentationQualificationsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced production environmentDetail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow through on tasksAbility to read, understand, and use production reports or job data to support decision-makingStrong problem-solving skills and a calm,
