This role will involve assisting Associates on cases pertaining to Aboriginal law, focusing on litigation and regulatory matters. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with First Nations clients in litigation matters
• Handle file management and daily organizational tasks
• Research, draft legal documents, and correspondence
• Participate in trial preparation and various legal proceedings
• Collaborate within a culturally competent legal team
Requirements:
• Must have completed 2nd year of law studies
• Strong drafting and research skills needed
• Effective communication abilities, both written and oral
