About Us

GRANIT PARTS, part of the FRICKE Group, is a trusted supplier of high-quality agricultural parts and products. The FRICKE Group was founded in 1923 in northern Germany and has built more than a century of expertise in agricultural machinery, parts, and service. Under the GRANIT PARTS brand—established in 1996—we’ve spent nearly 30 years innovating and expanding globally, providing dealers and agricultural professionals with an extensive range of replacement parts, advanced logistics, and dependable service.

Position Summary

GRANIT PARTS North America is scaling rapidly as it builds toward becoming a top player in the North American agricultural aftermarket. The Pricing Manager owns the strategic and operational pricing agenda across the US and Canadian businesses — translating Group pricing principles into a pricing architecture, governance model, and day-to-day execution that fits the realities of the North American ag parts market.

This is a highly cross-functional role.

The Pricing

Manager will work daily with the Group Pricing team in Germany to align methodology and reporting, with Sales leadership in the US and Canada to ensure pricing supports growth and margin targets in the field, and with Product/Category Management and Procurement to make sure cost changes, supplier pricing, and market positioning are reflected accurately and quickly. The role carries real influence over sales growth, gross margin performance and is a direct enabler of GRANIT PARTS' competitive position against other North American ag aftermarket distributors.

What You'll Do

- Own pricing decisions: Manage and set list prices across the GRANIT PARTS product portfolio for the US and Canadian markets.
- Develop pricing strategies: Create and implement innovative pricing approaches for defined product and market segments in close collaboration with Sales and Product Management.

- Build competitive offers: Develop tailored customer offers based on solid market insights, pricing data, and analysis.
- Drive data-based optimization: Continuously analyze, monitor, and optimize prices and commercial terms to strengthen our competitive position.
- Monitor the market: Track relevant competitors and market developments to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Improve profitability: Identify and implement pricing initiatives that contribute to sustainable margin and profitability growth.
- Share your expertise: Provide training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on pricing, price realization, and pricing processes.
- Govern pricing data & systems: Own accuracy and timeliness of price lists adjustments and pricing data updates in the ERP system across both markets, partnering with Product and Procurement on new, revised, and discontinued items.
- Align with Group Pricing: Serve as the primary North American point of contact for the Group Pricing team, harmonizing methodology across US and Canada while preserving local market flexibility.

What You Bring

- Education: A college diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A comparable combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
- Experience & commercial mindset: Initial professional experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics, or a similar role is an asset. You enjoy working with numbers and have a strong understanding of commercial relationships and business drivers.
- Analytical skills: Robust analytical abilities and confidence working with data to identify trends and support business decisions.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with additional analytical or business intelligence tools is an asset.
- Way of working: A structured, detail-oriented,

and proactive approach combined with strong problem-solving skills.
- Technical understanding: An interest in technical products or experience in a technical environment is an asset.

Additional Assets

- Knowledge of the agricultural equipment or ag aftermarket parts industry
- Experienced in pricing mechanism across both the US and Canadian markets, including multi-currency considerations
- ERP experience, ideally with SAP (future consideration)
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
- Comfortable operating in a matrixed, international organization with a European parent company
