Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Vaughan, ON.

The Project

Manager will oversee commercial construction and renovation projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing project plans and schedules, coordinating expediting activities, managing logistics and materials, and supervising site progress and inspections.



The role also involves leading cross-functional teams, communicating with clients and stakeholders, managing subcontractors and vendors, and proactively identifying and resolving risks or issues.

The Project

Manager will maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance while supporting continuous improvement in project processes and documentation.

Qualifications

- Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Expeditor and Expediting experience to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Inspection skills to oversee quality, safety, and compliance with building codes and project specifications.
- Logistics Management capabilities to organize resources, manage site deliveries, and optimize workflow.
- Previous experience in commercial construction or renovation project management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities.
- Proficiency with project management software and construction documentation.
- Relevant education in construction management, engineering, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., PMP) are an asset.
- Ability to work on-site in Vaughan, ON and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
