As a part time employee, you will work 32.5 hours each week, contributing to the upkeep of a positive learning environment for students in grades 6-9. Reporting to the Head Building Operator, your role includes various cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety within the school.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out routine cleaning of the school as assigned
• Keep walkways and entrances safe and clear of snow and ice
• Perform scheduled building security checks
• Exhibit attention to detail in cleaning tasks
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Previous cleaning experience an asset
• Relevant certifications in cleaning preferred
• Experience in a school setting beneficial
• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
