If you?re confident in your skills, work accurately, and can manage multiple client files without hand?holding, we want to hear from you.Position OverviewThe Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for multiple small business clients. This is a full time, in-office position requiring someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a varied client workload.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date books for multiple small business clientsRecord daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivablePerform monthly bank and credit card reconciliationsPrepare monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial reportsProcess payroll and ensure timely payroll tax filingsTrack and categorize expenses in accordance with client needsAssist with sales tax filing and other compliance requirementsCommunicate directly with clients to gather documentation and answer questionsSupport accountants during tax season with organized financial recordsIdentify and resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerQualificationsMinimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a public accounting or multi-client environmentProficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks DesktopStrong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google WorkspaceHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple clients simultaneouslyProfessional written and verbal communication skillsCompensationBased on experience and skill levelPay: $20.00-$30.00 per hourWork LocationIn person#J-18808-Ljbffr
