Under the guidance of the Director of Long-Term Care Operations, you will manage and evaluate the program's impact on resident-centered care while complying with regulatory standards and strategic goals. Your expertise in RAI/MDS will be crucial to enhance Case Mix Index (CMI) results and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee interRAI project data accuracy across homes




- Develop and implement staff education for best practices
- Ensure compliance with government legislation and company policies
- Evaluate program performance and implement improvements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care Requirements:
- Current Registered Practical Nurse license
- Certification in Gerontology and RAI/MDS training
- 3 years' experience in long-term care or geriatrics
- Solid leadership and communication skills
